1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Thulaa ("the App", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our mobile card game application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Thulaa is a multiplayer card game application that allows users to play Pabho (also known as Bhabhi) with other players online. The App includes features such as:

• Real-time multiplayer card gameplay
• User accounts and profiles
• Social features including friends lists and in-game communication
• In-game emotes and expressions
• Leaderboards and statistics
• Optional ad-free subscription (Thulaa Pro)
• Referral program with rewards
• Weekend tournaments and challenges

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account using one of our supported authentication methods (Google, Apple, or Facebook sign-in). You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

5. User Conduct

When using the App, you agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate usernames or content
• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Engage in any form of automated data collection or scraping
• Impersonate any person or entity

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, animations, and software, is the property of Thulaa or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App without our prior written consent.

7. Advertisements

The App may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Advertisements may be displayed during your use of the App
• Third-party advertisers may collect certain information as described in our Privacy Policy
• We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements

8. Subscriptions

The App offers an optional paid subscription ("Thulaa Pro") that removes all advertisements. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription price is displayed in the App before purchase.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription management settings (iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions; Android: Google Play Store > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
• No Gameplay Lock: Subscriptions only remove advertisements. All gameplay features remain free and accessible to all users.

9. Referral Program

The App includes an optional referral program that allows users to earn a lifetime ad-free experience. The terms of the referral program are as follows:

• Each user receives a unique referral code that can be shared with others.
• A referred user must create an account, set up a username, and complete 10 competitive games to count as a "qualified referral".
• When 3 of your referred users become qualified, you receive a permanent ad-free experience at no cost.
• Referral codes cannot be applied retroactively. The code must be entered during account setup.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
• Any abuse of the referral program (including creating fake accounts) may result in disqualification and account suspension.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THULAA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
