Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Thulaa account and the data attached to it at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — from inside the app

1. Open Thulaa and go to the settings screen.
2. Scroll to Delete Account.
3. Confirm. The deletion begins immediately.

Option 2 — by email

If you have already uninstalled the app, email support@keedastudios.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject Delete my account. Include your Thulaa username so we can locate the right profile. We action these within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in association (Google, Apple or Facebook)
• Your username, avatar and display preferences
• Your game statistics, win rate, rank and streaks
• Your friends list and any pending invitations
• Notifications and session records tied to your account
• Referral relationships involving your account

What may be retained, and for how long

Personal information is deleted or anonymized within 90 days. Some records are kept beyond that where we are legally required to, or where they no longer identify you:

• Purchase records — retained by Apple, Google and RevenueCat under their own policies for tax and refund purposes. We cannot delete these on your behalf.
• Aggregated analytics — retained in a form that cannot be traced back to you.
• Completed game records — anonymized, so past opponents keep coherent match histories.

Deleting your account does not cancel a legacy Thulaa Pro subscription. Cancel that separately under iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, or Google Play Store > Subscriptions.
